A Chromium Sharp Point Needle is a very sharp, acute point with a strong shaft. The sharp point is necessary to penetrate heavy fabrics such as denim and canvas with reduced risk of needle breakage and skipped stitches. The strong shaft prevents deflection of the needle and insures accurate needle placement for stitch formation.
